Transfers - Transferring stock between shops

In this video, I walk you through our new process for managing stock transfers using Shopify, which is crucial for maintaining accurate inventory across. Every time we move inventory, whether large or small, we need to follow this process to ensure everything is tracked properly. I demonstrate how to create a transfer, select items, and utilize a barcode scanner for efficiency. Once items are shipped, we can mark them as in transit and receive them at the destination. Please make sure to implement this process every time you transfer stock.

Online - Order fullfilment

In this video, I walk you through the process of fulfilling orders with our new transfer system. If an order can be fulfilled from a different location, like Hungerford, simply change the fulfillment location and select the items accordingly. I also explain how to handle situations where an item is out of stock at Chelsea, requiring a stock transfer from Hungerford. Remember to add the order number for reference and mark the item as transferred once received. Please keep an eye on the location tags to ensure everything is processed correctly.

POS - If single item not located in shop, ship inidiviudal item to customer (preferred method).

POS - Processing POS purchase for item not present in location (if customer wants to pick up item from shop)
