UK Shipping Rates

Our standard delivery to a UK address is charged at £5.95 and you can expect your purchase(s) to arrive between 2-4 working days.

There is FREE POSTAGE & PACKAGING for orders for over £150.00.

We use Royal Mail to ship our orders to you, using their Tracked24 service. When you place an order with us you will receive a tracking reference number with which you will be able to track your parcel's journey.

*Please note: Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday or Weekend will be shipped on the next available working day

Collections

Please change to:Instead of paying for postage, you can opt to collect your order in person from our Chelsea, Hungerford, Oxford or Harrogate shops. If you choose to do this, we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

International

We are very happy to ship to all corners of the world. However, please note that when a package is dispatched internationally (outside of the UK) it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. There is also the potential for customs delays. Once the order has arrived in your country, it is your responsibility to liaise with the carrier in your country. Any fees incurred can be unpredictable and are the buyer’s/your responsibility.

All overseas orders are shipped using FedEx through InXpress. The cost of shipping to European countries is £14.95 (typically taking 4-5 working days). Orders being sent to the rest of the world will be charged at £29.95 (typically taking 3-6 working days).
