Our returns policy
Returning items bought online:
We hope you love your purchase(s). However, we know that sometimes things may not be quite right for you so you may return your online order for a full refund within 14 calendar days of its receipt. Items returned for a refund must be returned unworn and in a re-saleable condition.
Please note, we cannot accept items that have been worn and washed.
Customers returning purchases after this timescale but within 21 days, will be issued with a credit note for the value of the returned items.
We are not responsible for return postage so please attach the correct postage to your parcel. Please use a secure and tracked delivery service (if using Royal Mail, make sure you are given a reference code with which to track the parcel), as White Coco cannot accept liability for any items not received.

Alternatively you are welcome to return any unwanted items to any of our shops.
Please remember to include the Returns Form sent to you with your order and complete your name, order number and details of the items being returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or Paypal account. Please allow up to 7 working days for this process to be completed.
If returns are received after the 14 day period but within 21 days (and the above conditions are met) a credit note will be issued for the amount of the items returned. Please can we politely ask that items are not returned to us after this 21 day rule as we cannot issue any credit or return the items to you.
Please note that earrings can only be exchanged when bought as a gift. They must be returned unworn and accompanied by a Gift Receipt.
In store returns policy
We encourage our lovely customers to try items of clothing in store to reduce the likelihood of them not being suitable. However, we appreciate that sometimes time is of the essence or it’s so chilly you can’t bear the thought of removing your clothes!
Items purchased in our shops can therefore be returned for a full refund if returned within 7 calendar days of purchase. Items must be unworn, with labelling still intact and be in a saleable condition.

In the unlikely event that there is a fault with any of the items bought, please ensure that you contact the relevant shop within 7 calendar days. This can be done by emailing us at info@whitecoco.co.uk or calling the shop directly.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to an account. If you’ve done all of this and you have still not received your refund, please contact us at info@whitecoco.co.uk.
